Guitarist Pat Metheny’s Side-Eye leads a SoCal jazz week including shows from Yellowjackets, Justin Kauflin, Gina Kronstadt, Gary Novak, Jane Monheit, Doug Webb, Dan Schnelle, Jacques Lesure, Ryan Porter, Dave Damiani, Bianca Love, and the weekend kickoff of the Angel City Jazz Festival.

Tuesday, June 15th marked the end of most California restrictions on live music venues including bars, restaurants, and indoor/outdoor performance venues. Some venues have begun offering full seating for live music, while others are operating at reduced capacity.

Most restaurant and bar venues around Los Angeles can be expected to require masks except when eating or drinking, based on the latest recommendations from public health officials, and many will soon require proof of COVID vaccination or recent negative COVID tests for admission. Larger venues in California will soon require masks and proof of vaccination/negative COVID test, per state requirements. Please check with individual venues for specific requirements including advance reservations, masks and social distancing.
